Services include

  • Unlimited text, phone and email support throughout pregnancy.

  • Two Prenatal Appointments:
    Together, we will explore your preferences, prepare for labor, and discuss your birth plan to ensure you feel confident and informed. These can be in person or virtual.

  • Labor Support:
    I will be with you during labor, providing continuous physical and emotional support, comfort measures, and advocacy, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

    • I will be on call for you from 38 weeks, this means that my phone is on loud, and I’m ready to meet you as soon as possible once you call.

  • Two Postpartum Visits:
    These visits can be conducted in person or Virtual, allowing us to check in on your recovery, discuss any concerns, and celebrate your new arrival.

  • Resources and Birth Plan Binder:
    You will receive a collection of valuable resources, and together we will create a personalized birth plan binder that reflects your hopes and preferences for your birthing experience.
